The Pecan Grove Store off Highway 16 has been a Texas Hill Country pit stop for more than 65 years. Stop in and order a “Dino Burger” (actually made of 8 oz. of special ground chuck), topped with ghost pepper cheese if you’re feeling adventurous. This isn’t fast food though—they’ll tell you that right at the cash register. So, kick back, sip your beverage, and listen to a tune while you wait.
