By accepting this Agreement and/or submitting or posting your name and content, including photographs, videos, comments and reviews (collectively, the “Testimonial”), through a Stetson Worldwide website, social media, electronic mail, regular mail or otherwise, you agree that:
Stetson Worldwide and its affiliates, licensees and anyone acting on its behalf (collectively, “Stetson”) have the perpetual, irrevocable, paid-up, royalty-free, worldwide and unlimited right to use all or some of the Testimonial in all media, formats, styles and methods of transmission. Stetson may modify and create derivative works of the Testimonial.
Stetson is not obligated to use the Testimonial and may use it with or without your name or likeness. You have no right to approve Stetson’s use of the Testimonial.
The Testimonial is true and accurate and reflects your personal experiences, beliefs and original content.
You release Stetson, its officers, directors, agents and employees from all claims, demands and liabilities of any kind arising out of Stetson’s use of the Testimonial or your name or likeness.
You acknowledge you are over 18 years of age.
By clicking “agree” above you are bound by this Agreement in the same manner as a handwritten signature.
